St. Peter's School
As the new Principal, it is an honor and privilege to officially welcome everyone back to the 2016-2017 school year here at St. Peter’s School.
I am excited to welcome new families to our community as well as strengthen our relationship with existing families. Together as a community of the faithful we are tasked to not only strive for academic excellence, but grow in our faith together.
This year is going to be filled with new opportunities in and out of the classroom for our teachers and students. We are in the process of upgrading our technology while bringing in a new academic program that will help to differentiate our educational instruction to help reach and strengthen every student. I am so fortunate to lead a dynamic community where teachers and staff cultivate an environment where students’ achieve and believe in themselves and their school community.
As always parents are encouraged to visit the Archdiocesan website at
or the New York State Department of Education website at
. These websites have a parent resource section that will be helpful in assisting your children in learning. Parent involvement is critical to student success.
We are happy and grateful to announce that we have been working with the "Capital Improvements Committee of Champions for Quality Education" Grant from the Archdiocese to replace the main doors-Downing Side entrance this fall. In addition, we are in the process of updating every light bulb in the school to LED along with other projects to upgrade the appearance and look of our beloved building.
We will continue to learn and practice our monthly Catholic Values and award those outstanding students who exemplify the value with the “Student of the Month Award".
Please feel free to stop in and say “Hello” as I look forward to meeting all of the members of our St. Peter’s School Family.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me anytime.
I look forward to seeing you soon!
Mr. David Carpanzano
